H.B. &T.S. Utility District's top priority is to assure the safety of its water supply . A Cross Connection Plan and Program implemented by the Utility is just one of the measures taken to assure us all of having a safe and reliable water source. This Plan and Program covers Cross Connection awareness and surveys performed by the Utility to keep the general public informed of what a Cross Connection is and also defines what measures are taken by the Utility when Cross Connections are found.
