H.B.&T.S. Utility District is a non profit public utility chartered specifically to serve and meet the needs of its customers for safe drinking water. Created in 1968, H.B.&T.S. is run by a board of commissioners. A General Manager is in place to run day to day operations and to serve as an advisor to the board.

  • Minimum Bill : $15.54 (1,700 gallons) 
  • Water rate after minimum bill (per thousand gallons),up to 8,000 gallons: $5.86
  • 8,001-20,000 gallons. $7.50 per thousand. 
  • Greater than 20,001 gallons. $9.50 per thousand. Existing Customer Transfer Fee: $20.00
  • New Customer Connection Fee: $100.00

  • Largest water main is 30" DI., smallest 2" PVC.
  • Area Served: Leipers Fork, Burwood, Thompson Station, Franklin, Harpeth, Bethesda, Flat Creek, Greenbrier and Kingfield areas of Williamson County, Tennessee.
