Currently, payments can be made in person at our office or by mail only, if Bankdraft or PC Banking is not an option. Payments are due by the 10th of each month unless this date falls on a weekend or holiday.Then the payment will be due on the next working day. A 10% penalty is added after this date and a grace period is given until the 20th of each month. After this date, all late payments will be subject to cutoff and additional penalties. The current cutoff fee is $50.00 to have service restored during regular business hours. An $80.00 fee is applied to those who have their service restored after regular business hours. After hour restoration of service is only allowed during the hours of 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Payment will be required in full.
